This morning i received a call from Alices. she is my first permanent succesful cases in Recruit Express.
i have introduce her to Herbalife to work. Employer like herand she like the environement and company also..
when i work in RE she is my 1st candidate that i success to introduce. i'm so happy taht i can help her to find a job..
Today she call me... i'm surprice. she told me that she resign the company. not bcoz of the company not gd but the working hour is taking her time... she busy until her friend not believe she is busy... she feel stress then she resign...
when i recommend this job to her i oredy told that is a shift work, she agree then only i help her to proceed... so when she start work i also hv go the company find her. she say working there is quite ok can learn something also but the problem is the working hour not suit her...
so now she resign i quite surprice n feel so sry coz although she like the job but the working hour is tough for her and make her very stress... she dint blame me she still invite me out for yam cha... happy^^
i also understand coz this is a shift time work. for girl is quite not suitable.. but when she accept this job she so happy and say thx to me.. i feel very touch with the thx. wuwuuwuw
i feel happy when my candidate rmb me and appreciate all the thing that i have done for them. even some of them i cant recommend any suitable job for them but they know i oredy put many effort for them they understand and say thx to me also...
i very very vey happy~~~
