Today superior told me that our senior manage is praising me said that i have the leadership skill... i wonder know which point that my senior manager feel that i have the leadership skill... try to ask my superior but he is not answering me..T.T
As a HR rounded i still have a lot of things to learn...
my weaknesses is CONFIDENT...i should build up my confident in my job...
i really like to investigate those issue is about psychology.... i like to read ppl heart ...i like to look ppl face...i like to look in ppl eyes...i like to read message from ppl eyes....i like to read those "secret" from their eyes, from their action and even feel it from their posture gesture...
I'm crazy for it!!!!
